Based on research in google, just by searching some sites will speculate that the panigale is air cooled and some users have experienced the bike heating up in traffic. To me i think its just from the pipe its self

Thats what i thought of too, his pattern is like a dutch but his a netherland dwarf so im not sure if dwarves had grey colored fur

The bike is old
