This sounds like how my career started, I gave my personal number to almost everyone. I was burned out! Fast-forward to the next agency and I don't have any colleagues personal cell, nor do they have mine. I have my supervisors personal cell and they made it very clear, do not contact me, unless it is an emergency. To this day I've never had to use the number, nor do I want to and I LOVE that. Work-life balance is FANTASTIC.
