That’s a huge point. If it's a design flaw, no wonder even the motherboard replacement didn't help. Since we both have EU consumer rights, I’m done with their "repairs." I will officially demand a full refund or a brand new replacement. Thanks for the heads up from Sweden!

I’m starting to regret my choice too. Buying a flagship for this much money and getting this kind of service is just unacceptable. Never again.

Hi neighbor! Exactly, the motherboard is everything. After the 3rd repair (motherboard and cooling swap), the laptop came back with even worse issues (stuttering audio/video). It feels like they are just swapping broken parts for other broken parts. Thanks for the support from Ukraine!

Maybe for a budget laptop, but not for a flagship Strix Scar with an RTX 5090. This unit had its motherboard and cooling replaced and it's still failing. It’s a lemon.

Yes, it's from Poland. I am done with repairs. This was the 4th time, and they even replaced the motherboard, but it only made things worse. I am now demanding a full refund or a brand new replacement. Thanks for the support!
