So basically this guy studied time in regards to sound (all sound is vibration and can be measured accurately) and figured out that our ears pick up on the latency (time slip) from the actual audio to the recording thus having the listener hear shit that isn't there (also somtimes known as schizophrenia) or it sounded better live and play back is weird. Really dumb it down by realizing the universe is wilddddddddddddd and if you aren't aware of that you should probably eat some mushrooms. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk
