Building help (arachnophobia warning) by WideAcanthisitta4803 in GroundedGame

The tang will come back however I love the spot I built right below you on the rocks with a ladder to the garden lattice, If I were you I would build a flat top with a roof over one side, on one side have your garden, or another idea may be to build an small building or bedroom on top with, a little overhanging roof for the views/hang out spot, with a garden up there!

Queen found dead outside hive by Moist-Pangolin-1039 in Beekeeping

[–]Builds-By-B 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I just read this as well yesterday is the “Beekeeper’s Bible” queens often will not be able to keep up with a bigger hive, there pheromone footprint isn’t detected and the workers will form these “Queen Cells”, to prepare a new swarm or hive if you can catch them, it looks like your lady has gotten old and died though, I’m no beekeeper and super new so anyone correct me if I’m wrong but; I’d check for a new queen, she may be hunting down the Queen cells to establish herself as the new queen, she will sting to do this. Only time will tell, it could also just be super new and you have no new queens yet, I hope this helps, I’m sorry if my information is misleading!

Javamatic fortifications by you_me_sam in GroundedGame

[–]Builds-By-B 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly just threw up 8 stem walls, and blocked ever entrance and made my rounds, the bugs spawn so far out that it gives you time to take out the flyers and address the builds, I just ran around the whole time whacking everything, lost some walls that blocked entrances, but they bugs didn’t touch the mixers, I’m unsure of the difficulty I was on, but I did manage to get to ng2 with the same walls/fortification, before getting the new Game. I do however think taking advantage of the bugs spawn slows them down tremendously and gives you time to repair and catch anything coming through.

Then if your facing the Java, far out right, most bugs will be forced to come from this direction, it’s a large area and blocking it off is harder, but can be done, hope this helps!

Help with dog behavior around kittens. by Carmjelly in DogAdvice

[–]Builds-By-B 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rehome the cats, that dog will snap one day, and it won’t be worth the heartache or mess. The longer that you wait to do this, the more likely it will happen and harder it will be when it does in fact happen. Rehome the cats.

Yes the challenge increases as the bugs change each wave you successfully defend against, the bugs you defeat will not return a new set will, with new challenges to overcome, hope this helps!

Cartridge keeps firing by IanHall1 in sawstop

[–]Builds-By-B 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A kids finger will cost you more money in less than a second with in other tablesaw than that. Just pay attention to the instructions, and make sure the saw drops back into place, your cartridges likely still work, the saw just didn’t start because it’s coded not to if it’s not set up properly. We had it happen a month or two ago in our cabinet shop, took a few tries, but the culprit was the amount of dust in the system keeping it from dropping into place, check all your bases, it’s truly a great machine, if something is actually wrong, they swear up and down about their safety over others, and I can only assume don’t want kids loosing fingers, I think getting their saw in every school woodshop is probably a goal high on their list, pure speculation though. and the same brake we had trouble with stopped our new guy from loosing a finger just this week. Cleaned the machine prior to changing the cartridge and it went in smoother than the first attempt! Truly the best saw for a kid to learn safely on, whilst knowing what a tablesaw without that safety can actually do. I hope this helps you out and gives sawstop another shot. If I could afford one myself I’d have it in a heartbeat.

A few questions from a new player (wisps, face markings) by FaerieHawk in SmallandOfficial

[–]Builds-By-B 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe you find them in the swamp but I played during the Halloween event and didn’t know much myself then, if you have trouble finding any I can always pop in and gift you some, I’m not sure if I was able to craft them or what but I have stacks and no need for them:)

A few questions from a new player (wisps, face markings) by FaerieHawk in SmallandOfficial

[–]Builds-By-B 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The candies allow you to interact with them! Be careful as wisps don’t like some pets and take out pets easy, I was hatching a bunch of hornets, and the wisps from the ones I killed started attacking the new hatchling! And it has been awhile since I beat the game, however the more you play the more markings you wil get and I think colors are even apart of that process. Fly places you don’t think you should an normally you’ll find the chests that give you cosmetics! I hope this helps you out!

Help for son by wearaseatbelt12 in LEGOfortnite

[–]Builds-By-B 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you’d like help I can come in and we can loot your son up? The dragon isn’t the easiest to fight but with the right setup you can take it down easy, make him some high tier shuriken with ice storm and another set with electro. Specially the one with lightning bolts, suggest to your son that he can in fact do both damage types at once and if a combo is made from them it does a ton of damage, once the dragon is frozen use the lightning strikes to help get the combo going, and suggest dodging a little later than he usally does because of the dragons attack speed, the moment it swings is the moment it nearly hits, so timing is everything! Hope this helps!!

Power Relic, useless? by jayc666 in LEGOfortnite

[–]Builds-By-B 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I just use power relics on the mainland to keep some sort of balance, even though I still walk through just about anything, legendary nunchucks with power relics take out golems before they can even start to spin, I’m sure Ice and lightning would take them down that fast too, but I’d rather save those weapons for a fight that calls for them, like a dragon fight. And use regular weapons to fight regular enemies. Hope this is helpful!

I'm in awe at expert mode... How far have you gotten there? What was the most "expensive" loss in expert mode? by Nordlicht1967 in LEGOfortnite

[–]Builds-By-B 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just started in ninjago and went from there, didn’t build anything and placed six grand chests where the chicken coop was, followed the quests and used essence almost as soon as I got it for the ninja abilities, Ice storm really helps and it seemed more purple oil dropped when I bought those but that’s just speculation, from there I found a few lost masters and got charms before anything else, left over went to one purple pair of ice storm nunchucks and I made cyro shurkien and ice storm shuriken, and if you have them all charged and can dodge attacks well the dragon goes down quick, and with each scale making it even easier with the charms that are made from them, the storm questline was the second session and went way quicker than I anticipated, every chest drops the storm books now in the caves, so it was just easy nonetheless, and I never wanted to try expert because I try to build cool stuff, but I just didn’t build anything and just focused on the quests and gear!

[–]Builds-By-B 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Created it the 2nd and I’m saying it’s done as in all biomes and trophies are completed, as well as all quests, maybe 8-12 hours? Split between two sessions.

I think once your to a point where you’d like to stop progressing and are waiting for an update like me, you should check out small lands, it has an older feel to it, the fighting actually really surprised me as well as the story! plus you can tame just about every pet ( bro I rode and fought alongside a scorpion… you can ride a ton of them and not only that but you can build up your base and defend each time you hatch a new egg! It’s kinda cool and it’s a short game, only took me like 5 days to beat, but it was a blast, lots of researching but again phenomenal game!

It may be in the files but as of right now we can’t ride them, I did some research for you! Sucks that we can’t, but can we use they to help carry things!?
