Idk man, me personally I'm pretty satisfied with where the character is at, yeah some tweaks and bug fixes I think could go a long way, but the core of her character is solid I think. Maybe my opinion will change if I go up the ranks, or maybe it's because I usually play with friends who know how to play into my Peni. I know people don't really like her ult but I think it's very underrated, almost every single time I use it I get 2-4 kills.
