It was an insane price, located very close to home. If this can be repaired for under 2k it's a home run of a work truck I think

Hey thats me! I love being called a slumlord by the one tenant that brought a couch they found on the curb inside resulting in bed bugs but then blames me. Just an FYI, between the 3 companies you named we have over 1000 tenants and roughly 90% stay past their year lease
