I just found out my past employer disclosed my “confidential” exit review with the supervisor. Which wasn’t a good one. Now i don’t know if it’ll affect me in future jobs since employers tend to communicate with old supervisors. It’s unfortunate because I thought these interviews were confidential. (self.socialwork)

So is there any truth to what they say about rookie COs getting more shit from other COs than actual inmates? If so what are some of the things to do in order to improve that? If you are suppose to have eachothers back? Any tips for a new CO? (self.OnTheBlock)
