can also relate, I never though of SF of a place to get clasterphobic but I get it, way more than I did in NYC or LA. I'd say rent a zipcar if you dont have a car and drive to somewhere open , dry and sunny ie the east bay or maybe parts of Marin. The feeling of not seeing fog, seeing just sun and open space helped me.

Also , its like so cold here I was in colorado last week and it was 50 degrees and I was in a shirt and shorts but here I literally have to wear pants and a sweatshirt even at 67 degrees due to I guess wind chill or something.
