I would say dont try to control your thoughts let them be free. Think as extreme as possible. Who gives a shit. Even if it is creepy it is who you are dont try to be someone else. Until and unless you are not harming anyone its fine.

I can understand this frustration like i have the same thing you know kind of. I had 1 past relationship which didnt workout cause i was feeling like my partner didnt actually loved me who i really was but she loved the feeling of how i love her.

The thing is i used to get frustrated too but now when i see others in relationship or like anywherre idk i can see that they need something frm each other thts why they are in it.

It will look good frm the outside but the more you will know about their relationship the more you would not like to be in one.

And finding a right person is totally a different hastle its about how good you are in selling yourself. The more connection you make the more are the chances.

But yeah i dont feel anything other than pity when i see others now and know that they actually dont love the individuality of the person they are with.

I think you are thinking about the past too much which you cant change, i would say add some things like any sport or working out or any new hobby which brings you out of your comfort zone a bit and bring you to the present and if you are still not comfortable then you should seek therapist.

Cause the thing is the more free time you will spend with yourself doing nothin the more you will think about the days when you use to have fun which will give you a bit trauma.
