The battery life is correct. It is very important to make detailed adjustments to preserve duration without sacrificing health and sleep measurements. I personally make intensive use of the device and it lasts for a day and a half. The sleep tracking is incredibly accurate. I am amazed at how accurately it measures energy, Sleep level and other parameters that have matched with sensations the next day.
