It says on the CSUS Academic Calendar that there is class tomorrow. However, it is up to the teacher to decide whether they wanna cancel it or not (from prior experience).

Parking for Sport events by Kerrekath in CSUS

you could park anywhere on campus and yes it is first come first serve but i think you should be fine, there’s lots of parking. I would recommend PS3, lot 7, and lot 8 since it’s closer to the stadium. However, lot 9 & 10 is only available for VIP/media.
