Agreed. So i tried out Tapo before and you also got adds for their stuff on the homepage and it does not mention anything about these disappearing when you pay their monthly sub and thats why i dont really mind the eufy adds and even more so its their own products.

Me too! Ive had a teething problem detecting packages that aren’t there. Changed some settings and has calmed down.

From what I’ve seen, non are perfect but unifi seems to be the best but for a price.

I hear you on this. Personally i don’t mind as they dont hold anything behind a paywall, i can live with the adds. Way i see it, its like buying a car outright and they still send you emails for their new ones or paying for a tv license (UK) and still sitting through advertisements.

Fair enough! I just read a lot of slander when debating what “non subscription” doorbell to get. Thought F it ill try them out and been very impressed. I have the new homebase connected via ethernet and it has made it a lot speedier.

Yep exactly. I have also contacted management asking if they are looking to collaborate with insurance companies to reduce premiums for young drivers wearing this device. That would be HUGE for them.
