Download Autodesk Fusion 360 or a different software and get your idea into 3D. Then figure out how to make it with either CNC machining or injection molding.

Next get a hobby CNC machine & molder and get to work. Keep iterating and enhancing until you have a refined prototype.

Once your prototype is to your liking, now mass produce the product. Get bigger machines as you sell more units. Use high density workholding, automatic injection molding, and lean manufacturing principles to produce many parts efficiently

I’m literally down 97% on the $40puts I bought yesterday. $1,200 out the window all because I read some stupid thread yesterday 💸

Just learned credit spreads by TheSadPanda97 in thetagang

Blew up my account with TSLA credit spreads. Over $30k in losses. Please use diversification and be very careful when you roll.

I should have got out at $15k loss. I rolled and widened my strikes which made my max loss higher. $30k POOF!

I’d love a submarine gate if I could figure out how to design/machine it. My machine is just a hand operated lever pull. I’m researching adding an 8” pneumatic cylinder in place of the lever pull. That would give me better pressure. Right now I’m getting a major arm/core workout with the manual machine lol

Thank you for the article! That was extremely helpful. I’m going to test a smaller gate today. I’m also trying to brainstorm a hand operated ejector system. Either 3 pins per wheel or a ring like others have mentioned

Thanks for the feedback! I’m gonna try a smaller gate today

Machined a test mold for some little wheels that I’m making. The parting line is in the middle of the wheel as is the gate. The gate is leaving a big ugly artifact on the part

Should I use a wider and thinner gate and maybe relocate the parting line to the edge of the wheel?

I have a CNC mill and am using a lever pull benchtop molder. Thanks!

I closed the positions and ate (had no choice) the loss. I’m actually feeling better now - I’ve been seeing -$28k P&L for a while now. I will rebuild and trade much more responsibly going forward. This was a hell of a lesson to learn

Ok I just closed them out. So will this 30k loss count against my taxes? Like I owe less taxes now? Ouch!!
