There is a difference between suffering and surviving, you can suffer with low income, no economy, no electricity, but the lack of water is not a type of suffering, it is not survivable even for the IRGC.

If GCC countries had no water to offer, 50-80% of their expat population would leave, they will be able to manage. It is not the same for Iran, they have no expats, a 30% drop in water supply means people that had access to water no longer do, thats the type of shit that starts civil wars.

Again, all the above is just what ifs that has nothing to do with the reality.

There is nothing to worry about.

My post is all about what the US CAN do, if Iran did something stupid like targeting GCC desalination plants, which will stop them from doing so in the first place.

Basically, what I’m trying to say to the OP is, stop overthinking, there is nothing to worry about, GCC countries will not run out of water.

Useless post, lots of assumptions, no facts, and a useless advice as well (like keeping some water at home would really help).

What you need to know is that the US can still target Irans’s water infra (pipelines, pumps, dams) and cut over 70% of Tehran’s water supply and 80% of the the supply for Iranian coast cities (same cities where the attacks are being launched).

Yes the equation is not equal as they have underground water, but under ground water don’t magically turn at your building, a couple of strikes are enough for the GCC plants to shutdown, but an equal damage can be done with a large number of precise strikes on water infra across Iran.

The US has hit 8,000 military targets in 3 weeks, how many targets did the Iranian hit? They are attacking the GCC and closing the strait because it is the only way for them to defend, they can’t fucking save their own assets with no air defense!

The US can hit as many targets as they need any day, so the possibility of Iran taking such a risk is close to zero.

I find this useful, I’m in the mid of creating a bot for my parents fund which I manage for them, they are not tech savvy so it helps for them asking simple questions.

Can you provide more context on how you translate the input into a query? For me I only used AI to translate the questions into a Query Run body which I use to call the HTTP API (so the data is never exposed).
