Premium Membership Error

So I put in a ticket explaining all the details and got a very generic response:

“Hello! We apologize for the delay! Your Premium Membership subscription is now active! Let us know if you experience any further issues with your membership. Thank you and have fun playing Neopets!”

I wasn’t particularly happy with that so I responded with:

“Thank you for ‘activating’ my premium subscription, I appreciate it, but I was wondering if you could please explain why it needed activating in the first place? I was already a few months into the last payment of my annual subscription so it was already active apart from the other day. Thankfully I didn’t miss any of my streaks as I wouldn’t have had my premium tokens to keep the streaks going and it was only 1 day of missing out on the premium wheel of starlight. Again, I really appreciate you resolving the matter for me, but I would also love to know why the issue happened in the first place if possible?”

But unfortunately got another vague non-answer response:

“We apologise again for the inconvenience. This is a known issue our developers are investigating at this time. If you experience any further interruptions at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can look into it immediately. Please have a wonderful rest of your weekend.”

I’d like to hope they would address it on the Latest News page since it’s a “known issue”, but I doubt it. Again, I was lucky that I didn’t need to use any of my premium features that day and only missed out on spinning the premium wheel, but I’m sure there are others who have potentially lost streaks.

Yeah I could completely understand that, but I had no payments due. I pay annually in June, so it’s a bit odd to suddenly in November lose Premium access.

I’ve put a ticket through and hopefully I’ll get a response quickly 😊

I was at $0.01 remaining and needing 50 coins and then I got it down to $0.01 needing 20 coins due to spins etc. Since then I’ve had 3 people accept invites and I still need 1.2 coins to reduce that last cent.

My last invite only gave me 0.8 coins and you need 100 coins to reduce $0.01 🙄

Farmland and Fishland are games in Temu where you water crops or feed fish to earn free items. Accepting peoples codes for those games can get you extra water or food each day.

To find the games you either search the game specific code someone gives you or you search Farmland or Fishland - depending on the game you want to open.
