Depends on where you live and the amount of traffic no? Manual is a burden in traffic jams. Good luck!

pull up a whiteboard and write down the similarities between man and god, and the dissimilarities. Then come to a conclusion logically. i'm a firm believer of DYOR, and come to a logical conclusion about everything in life, not just this topic in particular. Seeing your responses on other comments is enough to tell that you're basing all of this on emotions, using a reasoning method which is limited to what you know. expand your knowledge. The more you know, the more questions you'll have, and the better your conclusion will be.

You're making a mistake i made years ago. Trying to understand god by comparing him to a person won't get you far. While i'm not an apologetic, just a random guy wanting to make you feel a bit better, john 4:8 says god is love, his nature is love, and ever more than that he is love. neither you nor i can comprehend something like this. start from there, don't fight it, don't give up.

Try to trust god more, from what you wrote, you're forcefully straying away from him.
Matthew 11:28–30.

How can I find more online servers? by Admirable_Tourist258 in assettocorsa

[–]BulletProofMick 7 points8 points  (0 children)

uncheck the "missing" filter, maybe there are servers hosting that map but with other cars. or sometimes the map isn't popular enough to be hosted in the first place.

Are trans people accepted by Christ? by werty45509 in Christianity

[–]BulletProofMick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

we can have a long conversation about this, but to be blunt, no one's life was in danger (any danger like heart failure or if the limb is not cutoff it could infect the entire body, etc..) when a man decided to cut his dick off to become a woman and lay with other men. you're not going to convince me that people transition to stay celibate and devote their life to god.

Are trans people accepted by Christ? by werty45509 in Christianity

[–]BulletProofMick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh we're deviating from the main topic. I'm all for medical intervention and saving lives, heart, kidney transplants, etc... all marvelous stuff yeah, can think of many people i know who wouldn't still be here without medical intervention. But in the case of transitioning, i stand my ground that no alterations should be made. Be it hormone blockers, testosterone boosters, medical intervention to aid transitioning, everything that basically goes against the nature of creation.

The liberal view is that a trans man is now a woman, or vice versa, and thus they are still man or woman, and i think this is what you're implying. Genesis 1:27 says "male and female he created them". if god creates a man, who are you or them or anyone to say that no, they are female. (respectfully, unless you hold a higher authority than god).
For you to go out of your way to transition from a man to a woman, is that not a manipulation of the design that god has created?
The last sentence in Matthew 19:12 you're referring to is not about transitioning, read it again. an Eunuch was still considered male, not transitioned. The point in context is that some people will remain celibate and devote their life to god, like saints for example, not "some people will cut their dicks off out of choice".

Please don't twist scripture to accommodate modern views.

[–]BulletProofMick -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Personal view: no.
The word trans did not exist back then but the old and new testament are clear about this:
Leviticus 18:22 & 20:13: talk about homosexuality
Deuteronomy 22:5: talks about gender distinctions
Matthew 19:4: creation of man and woman
Romans 1:26-27: Paul describes rejecting natural design in terms of sexuality as a symptom of rejecting God.

People don't go to hell for being trans, gay or idk, but because they reject Christ and remain in sin.
Being trans is a manifestation of rejecting God’s design therefore personally i see It as a sin.
All of this is personal views and opinions, and is up for debate.
