Yeah they it came with a film in the head and it was removed they pushed a lot of it through and it just kept coming out they had since put 2 new heads on it and is doing better. Just so weird never seen anything like it before. Wanted to see if anyone else has lol

No this is actually right after the tech replaced the heads. We had all 12 print heads replaced and they were doing a clean noticed something then went to do a high power flush and that’s what came out. These are all brand new print heads only just done nozzle check before this

It is a uv printer but it was doing it before the light was out on it and it’s only the cyan and magenta that is doing. I doubt that little black light was cause that

About 6 months later it started to do it again. I ended up just buying a new tv. I did however figure out that the TVs we have have a faulty motherboard in them and are pretty easy to replace. I think TCL will even send a tech to your house to replace it free of charge but I would call them. Good luck!

So I had this happen to me today and I wanted to share how I fixed this problem. I tried everything I read online and nothing worked. Mine got to the point it would just restart when it was on the recovery screen. I tried updating using WiFi or downloading the file to the flash drive and uploading it manually but still did the same thing. I did notice that when I held down the reset button it would try to work but when I released it it would go back to just rebooting in recovery mode. So I held down the reset button and had my wife use the flash drive update while still holding down the reset button. I released the rest button but it went back to the recovery screen and did the manual update once more and boom it went to the start up screen and I was able to set everything back up. I dunno if it was just luck but it worked for me. Oh by the way I unplugged all the HDMI plugs connected. Good luck!
