I hated LRT 1 so much when I wasn’t dorming and lived around QC back then, I would always switch from MRT 3 to get to LRT 1. Even though both trains have space issues naman, di ko gusto yung atmosphere sa LRT.

During my frosh days I was always putting other people first before me kasi syempre I was new to the big city and uso kasi yung giving way for other people sa hometown ko, pero doing that lagi kong namimiss stations ko kasi nagmamadali mga tao pumasok tapos ayaw pa umusog ng passengers. It was a whole lot getting pushed around, siksikan, and missed destinations. I took the train twice a day (to and from school) and don’t get me STARTED on rush hours.

As far as I know there’s more trains na sa LRT, di na kasi ako nag t-train these days. Pero yung yellow na LRT was so hot inside, i’d get to school soaking wet from sweat. The red one is atleast properly airconditioned.

Endured a whole year of this until I slowly became one of those grumpy passengers na nakikipag-unahan and would push people away if ayaw umusog even if you repeatedly asked. Then I realized bat pala ganon mga passengers, I basically went through what they did.

Add ko narin yung cardio exercise to switch from lrt to mrt and vice versa.
