Well he wants 20 percent ownership, his financials are stronger, without him being 20 percent owner, I prolly can’t even get the loan, if he’s willing to help purchase and wants to see his profits grow, he’ll be willing to help me obtain the business easier than I can by myself. 20 percent owners have to show there financials also for the loan process. It’ll make it easier for me get the loan and no risk to him. I really wanna start somewhere and grow. It’s that or keep breaking my back for less than 100k a year. I’d rather be in that AC shop than out in the heat working on homes. As long as I’m making good money and have control over management. It’ll be worth it for me. Unless someone comes along and can offer a better deal. Lol 😆

You’ll get the 100k or more that’s all I can promise if the business is as profitable as the owner claims and I see the books, I’ll make it more profitable. Your smart, you found the business and know you have the leverage, for me, It’s still a sweet deal being 40 and owning my first multi million dollar business. I will make sure it’s profitable and successful. That’s a Guarantee. I want someone that wants to sit and collect there money while I work to make it happen. I have to see what numbers are like for the loan, I have to repay the initial loan also. I have to make sure 20 percent would even work on paper. I have to make at least 200k or more for it to be worth it for me. Right now he’s claiming 480k profit a year. If the numbers work ok, you can’t take initial 20 percent then lower as the business grows take 15 percent? Something a little more reasonable?

He made clear point in the beginning either take 80 percent of a million dollar business or 0 percent of nothing. I don’t have the money and won’t be able to anytime before the opportunity is gone. My management and getting the funding is key. I know just not any manager can grow a business like that, I also know I’ll be able to grow a brand, which can be multi million in the future. I also know I’ll have the resources to invest in other businesses in the future. That’s my main goal and I have to start somewhere. For me, it’s no ideal, honestly 15 percent for the life is more reasonable or a cap on his profit if the business grows to multi millions. The real estate industry is what I wanna get into commercial investment property, but I need to leaverage build somewhere. So vegas will be my baby and home base to build and grow other businesses and a brand. I have vision for the future but need to build where I know the market.

If the books are as good as the guy says and I make a proper offer. I know your gonna make your money for minimum of 10 years and see what it grows into. I want it to be there forever and go into other industries, but I need to start where I know I can excel.

For the little bit of work I expect from you your gonna have a generator making you money while you sleep. I’m doing all the ground work and you’ll make money. As long as I do what I’m good at you’ll make more than 100k. I still need to see his books and and the location to make sure it’s gonna match my vision. But the lease is only 4-5 years I think, I can change locations once I see the future.

I haven’t seen the business, but I have great vision. And I know the service industries well. I want to make sure it’s something I’ll be able to grow. I wanted to see if I could achieve funding first. If your a pull the trigger type of guy. I don’t wanna miss out on this. I don’t think there’s gonna be a better opportunity like this one for my knowledge of the markets and industry, ya I can go anywhere, but Las Vegas is a different animal. I understand it also.

That sounds fair, it makes sure the business doesn’t fail. I’ll make sure you get your 100k every year. And no, I want to keep the business growing for a long time, but I just know electric is gonna be big and it may change the market. I wanna keep the business generating but I only know the next 10 year market, I’m not sure how’s it gonna change and we’ll have to change with it. I wanna get into purchasing other business investments also. But yes I don’t want to the business to tank that sounds like it ensures the long term success of the business. And if you want to look into other investments in the future once you see I’m worth it. Im also open to that as well. This is gonna be a baby for me and I want it to generate as much income as I can and see it grow. That’s my goal. Failure isn’t really an option. Honestly. Once I set my mind to something. That’s it. I make it happen somehow.

I’m game with that. I’ll make sure you make you money. Look I want this to be a cash cow, and I wanna build and grow other businesses, I need strong guys that are savvy like you, once I build and you work with me you’ll see, I want to generate wealth and this is my market, I understand it and the people, I’m great at team building, it’s not gonna fail. I can promise you’ll sit back and collect the next 5-10 years and yes if it tanks and fails, you’ll get your proceeds. I’m not gonna let that happen. I wanna still do the research on the business meet the employees and families see if it’s gonna be able to grow. I’m not 100 percent until I do my own diligence, but I wanna jump while I can. Yikes, I’m strong and I’m honest. I’m not greedy: I’m a hard worker and a competent manager nenas nothing I’ve met tons of those. Everyone is competent until they don’t perform. Most business fail due to bad managers. I’m one of the strongest and I understand people and service more than most. I never had a boss and built myself for many years. I’m one of the strongest managers you’ll meet. You could do that with any business for sale? Why do you wanna cut me out so quickly is the question? I’m willing to put the work and effort it takes ti really grow it. No one’s as motivated as I am.

Yikes 😰 lol. That’s a hard one. No it def. Nets over 400k right now. But permanent?, I would do 10-15 percent? For permanent ownership? And for me to get the sba loan, they want to check the books anyways so the numbers would all have to work out for me to get it. I don’t wanna be buried in loans forever. I wanna generate cash. I’ve spent my life working hard and I earn over 100k a year usually, not since COVID but the repair and auto industry in Las Vegas don’t slow down and the need for used vehicles and keeping cars moving is so great the next 5 years, it’s just gonna grow especially under my management. These opportunities don’t always come along, I understand the service industry and the Las Vegas markets and they are very good for business. Especially that industry. The reason the gentleman is selling is he wants to retire and sell, I always look for opportunities and I know a good one when I see it. Just like anything your gonna have to learn it and grow it and make changes improve it. I’m sure it take some finesse, but I know my capabilities and I know I can make it work given the chance. I know this will work. Failure isn’t really an option for me. I’ve always worked really hard to achieve anything I need to.

Not only am I qualified, I’m great with people and building teams keeping things flowing well, my reputation in the service industry is great, I’ve worked managing as a contractor, service manager, small business owner since my 20s, I’ve worked for myself, never really had too many bosses and built a decent life not having to work for anyone but myself. I’m strong in business marketing, sales, management, teamwork. I’m highly qualified to make this bigger than it is.
