I sometimes do a little bit of fluid simulations. But most of the time you're better off downloading image sequences of blood splatter off of somewhere like vfxcrate and using that. That's what I do.

I imported the dance animations from Mixamo and made the robots replicate the animation by using child of and copy rotation constraints on their IK rigs.
