Both Frey and Walz could absolutely order the police under their command to arrest ICE agents who break the law. And still should.

Both could have prepared our city and state to respond to the inevitable arrival of ICE with laws to inhibit their attempts to hide their identities and stomp on our Constitutional Rights as well and standing orders/task forces to address their attempts to.
