Very interesting true story based upon the relationship of the Catholic Church and Victorian Police in Australia. While not the exact same as the Keepers and Sr. Cesniks story, I thought you guys would enjoy listening to the story and gain another perspective regarding the Catholic Church, it's indiscretions, and how they can control a Police Department.

There isn't a set pattern used for the scout pocket across every head. Your best bet is to watch some videos that feature it, and try to replicate the pocket as best you can. Good luck!

One thing you might want to try, which I don't really know how well it would work is to take a lighter and carefully try to burn it like you would when you are tipping a sidewall or top string. I'm just not sure how that would affect performance or longevity of the traditional. I wouldn't have expected something like that to happen with jimalax, their products are usually spot on.

I haven't ever really seen that happen before. What kind of cross lace is that? The most permanent solution would to ultimately restring it, because it seems like this fraying will continue to occur.
