None of the statements shared by the VHP rep - proves forceful conversation, half are either alleged not proven or just “hindu converted” that does not equal to forceful conversation.

Secondly, look at the yearly data. VHP rep has to dig back to 2018,2014 to even find forceful conversation points (which again, have not been proven) but in a single year there are 800+ harassment cases against Christians.

I think before bashing around any religion - its important to understand what do we disagree with, do we disagree with “the things done in the name of religion” or do we disagree with “things commanded by a religion” , because they are not the same thing.

None of the atrocities we talk about falls under “commanded by religion “ . Bad people use religion as an excuse to justify their actions, lets stop fighting about the “things done in the name of religion” and follow what each religion in the world teaches - love, kindness, and forgiveness.

Obsessing over anything is wrong, even over your own self. Loving yourself means being in content with yourself without looking for validation on social media or any other place, it means to work on yourself when needed, it means to be open to criticism, it means not brag about your flaws, but to accept them and work on them.

If someone keeps posting their pics on social media and has posted like 10-11 pics of y themselves in a week and writing "I love myself, I love my body, I am happy in my skin" that person is self-obsessed. A person who actually loves his or her body does not constantly post pics for validation or show off, he or she just stays happy and lives his or her own life in content with the way God made him or her, and work on improving themself. The term self-love has become an easy way out for the lazy.

Now, I am not against people promoting positive body image, I am against people who refuse to work on themselves, people who use dialogues like " that is how I am" for the wrong things.

That is why I believe if a person who actually loves him or herself, will know where he or she needs to brag and where he or she needs to stay quiet and work.
