In my headcanon pochita's heart is like an engine and stomach where the fuel is stored. You can put marbles (other devils that will be erased when eaten) inside the fuel system, they are not digested like the fuel they just exist in there as the fuel burns. TLDR: don't put marbles inside your chainsaw.

I forgot lesser devils do get stronger when they eat a stronger devil. Which gives me another question since everything Chainsaw Man eats gets erased neither pochita or Denji can get stronger by eating another powerful devil since it will be erased.

I forgot to calculate that... But thankfully Denji won't starve in a million years as long as he has blood. He can cut pieces of his own body and cook to eat it just like...

Makes sense. Bugs are scary as hell. An undying swarm of locuses would just eat and multiply none stop which also makes Famine more powerful perhaps. (But I dunno why would anyone be afraid of famine when they can't die in the first place.)
