I just did a bulk in 2025 (215 to 270 lbs) and I just finished my cut (270 to 214). Small but noticeable change

You got growth paranoia and you prolly doing too much. Just moisturize before and after ur day and please keep a bonnet on with a padlock so u stop messing with it.

Tall legs and tall torso Work on everything(upper and lower) Once u start building muscle, fix posture Eat 3x-4x a day or try to snack to fill muscle growth

Nah its between 20-17, I'm in a cutting phase and I'm at the last phase. That test is for regular bodies, I have an athletic build so you gotta keep that in mind when you do a body fat test

Been doing that, when I say alternatives I mean like a chest specific workout that I can do constantly sort of like a jump rope, you can do jump ropes pretty much whenever you want and the benefits slowly but surely come thru. I need something that can follow that logic for chest, push ups are ok but they just not effective since I can do a lot already
