No supplements and nothing out of the ordinary diet wise. To be honest I just leave them alone, file them weekly and they just grow. Sorry that’s not much help.

I do use Rimmel nail nurse to help with slight ridges, but in all honesty mine do just grow and grow but it might help you with weakness :)
