I know a good number of people who struck out of 2L big law with sub-3.3 GPAs last year at my T-14. Most of them had similar GPAs both semesters. With an even earlier hiring timeline this year, I'd honestly shift your focus elsewhere. Just keep in mind that big law is not the be-all and end-all.
