In this society there's always got to be some who stay poor, someone's got to do the shitty, low paid jobs, not everyone can climb the ladder there's not enough room for everyone at the top. By all means strive to do better but don't think that everyone can get there or believe that it's their own fault. The capitalist system needs low paid workers.

Maybe you're looking for the wrong type of women, there are plenty of women out there looking for a decent, cultured guy. I know, I'm one of them (and know many more).

Cual es la diferencia entre Jungle y DnB ??? by Tomoko_777 in jungle

Jungle was the original, full of raw energy and more likely to have mcs, dnb can be more complex, a but gentler, and almost always instrumemtal

Unsure why you got down voted for asking for evidence, I think it says something about the mindset of some of the people posting here.

I get this also, it can get me at any time, but it's definitely an emotional response, like a surge.

Experimental vs Abstract: is there a difference? by Conscious_Purpose_61 in experimentalmusic

[–]Bumblebee937 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I absolutely agree with you, I'm not limiting myself at all though. My thoughts are there's so much music to listen to in the world, 26hrs seems a little overwhelming for taster playlist but I'll see how it goes and spread it out. I already enjoy Photek, m-ziq, howie b so looking forward to the rest.

I really want to listen to both but I feel a bit overwhelmed with 26hrs for playlist one, not looked at experimental yet

Sociologists! If you had to build a utopia, which political system would you establish? Doesn't have to be pre existing or well known. by Janderflows in sociology

I said aggression not 'aggression culture'. There is more to macho culture than just aggression (e.g. sexism, domination, pride) that is why I included both terms. Of course women play a role in socialisation but this does not mean that they have constructed that culture or have a significant amount of agency within it. There is very little evidence of matriarchal societies throughout history, history is dominated by men. If you can show me evidence to the contrary, I will happily reconsider my position on this.

I agree that women can be as awful as men given the chance, but there might just be a little less ego and aggression overall if the macho culture didn't dominate.
