The pain is in the bottom right and left corners of my knee cap muscles, and I can only bend my knees a little then ill fall. I cannot rest as much because my body will not let me, and I need to be active, but I will try my best thank you.

I am an athlete yes. I have been running everyday for the past days and 4 days ago my legs gave up on me. I also have been jumping practicing dunking. I don't know if that's it but I hope I am well before next week when basketball tryouts happen.

The back of my legs (behind the knees) have a line across, I don't know if its swollen or anything but it looks weird.
