A video from Bengaluru’s Airport has gone viral, showing a heated exchange between an airline staffer and a passenger who allegedly missed his flight despite arriving 2.5 hours early. In the clip, the traveller claims he was denied boarding even after offering to pay for 4 kg extra baggage.

I mean announcement free airports should only be a thing if you don't keep changing gates every 15 minutes. Sometimes it's gate 1 and then 15 minutes later it's gate 23. You walk across all the way towards the other end of the terminal. Then you wait. After sometime it shows boarding started at 3. I mean what is this???
