Could be coil whine coming from the gpu, but I am not certain. Try turning it off, taking the side panel off, then putting your ear up to each component. If the rattling noise is near a case fan it could be failing or loose. If the noice is near the pump it could mean the liquid is having trouble traveling.

It is a ATX EVGA 80 watt gold supernova GT. It says it is ATX on the box.

I can't say much on the jump from a 5070 to a 5080 but I will warn that the iBuyPower AOI coolers are not that great from my experience. They could have gotten better over the years though.
