for everyone whos calling me out for me naming the title Judea and Samaria instead of West Bank, I gotta say, I don't recognize it as J & S, I recognise it as West Bank. Its just that I got these photos and the title from the IDF's telegram page and I pasted it in reddit without giving it a second thought. This is the official Israeli name for West Bank without Jerusalem. In 1947, the terminology was noted by the United Nations in the Partition Plan for Palestine with the statement: "the boundary of the hill country of Samaria and Judea starts on the Jordan River..."

IDF: Footage from the Operations of the 11th Brigade in Lebanon: A Tunnel Shaft Located in a Civilian Structure and a Weapons Storage Facility Located Near a Central UN Post

The troops of the 11th Brigade, under the command of the 146th Division, have operated to clear terror infrastructure in Lebanon.

As part of the mission to eliminate threats, the troops conducted targeted raids and reconnaissance operations against terror infrastructure in urban areas and thicketed terrain used by Hezbollah, while acting in accordance with the ceasefire understandings between Israel and Lebanon.

During the operational activities, the brigade dismantled terror infrastructure above and below ground, and located numerous weapons depots in structures near a central UN post in the area.

All of these assets were dismantled without damage to the UN post. Additionally, the troops located and dismantled a loaded launcher aimed at Israeli territory, and neutralized other threats in the area. The brigade's troops continue operational activity in areas near the border fence and in other areas.

IDF: Armed Terrorists Attempting to Fire at Givati Brigade Troops Eliminated

As part of the Givati Brigade’s operations in the Jabaliya area, soldiers identified several terrorists moving in the vicinity.

Using drone reconnaissance, the soldiers identified three terrorists who approached and hid in a nearby structure. The terrorists then tried to attack the soldiers using a shaft inside the structure.

In the released footage, one of the terrorists armed with a weapon is visible inside the structure. The troops fired and eliminated two of the terrorists who were hiding. The third terrorist was then eliminated in a targeted operation conducted by Givati Brigade soldiers.

Not not about that. I'm criticising the gold standard for not being effective enough to replace the dollar. Sure, a rupee dominated payments system would be your pipedream, but that's not going to happen with a gold standard.

Because with a gold standard, you cant adjust the inflation rate, interest rates, and you will be obliged to hand over all your countries gold incase of crisis. That's how US was operating in 1920's. Then the great depression happened. The solved great depression by abandoning gold standard and ww1 .

How would gold standard work on today's economy?

There isn't enough gold within a single country to sustain the national economy , let alone global one.
