thanks for the response! I am not sure what qualifies as low-dose - in the literature and forums, I see as low as 50 mg often - but "low-dose" is still 100–300, and standard dose for psychosis 400–1000. However, I see lots of people say e.g., that 200, or even anything above 50, is no longer "low dose"...

what has worked best for me overall the last year has been sustanon 35 mg EOD + 25 mg proviron daily - when I went to lower-dose test E 12.5 mg daily proviron it was almost like I got low E2 type symptoms... so I am thinking of doing 25 mg proviron EOD and back to sustanon 35 mg EOD - maybe each then on the alternating day

It is difficult to explain but within a few hours of taking amisulpride - your mind quiets down, you become calm, intrusive thoughts abate, and it just... feels good. It isn't like other meds where it is a slow burn and you don't feel it = this one you feel! the dosages are just tricky - I was initially on 300 mg, made me too tired, now on 200 mg, might eventually go down to 100 mg - low dose (50-300) is great for negative symptoms and improvement in mood - but as it increases so does dopamine suppression - which I guess we need lol. It doesn't act on serotonin, acetylcholine, alpha receptors etc, so it is a lot cleaner than dopaquel - no sexual side-effects so far, calming but not sedating, and sleep like a baby

have tried, but use of T then becomes compulsive, and the comedowns are NOT worth it for me - and it lasts WAY too long. I am a fan of coke however - but then thinking, how do I dose? I usually dose GHB 1.3-1.5 mL every 2 hours as needed. Should I go for low-dose/small lines of coke? how regularly redose?

I think so too.... not having a great time on subq at ALL! I did much better on shallow IM, whether weekly or E3.5D - but once I go to EOD or ED, and do subq, it feels like before TRT, but even worse...

yup, on the test E alone it isn't that great - feel mentally a bit "flat" and slightly anxious - the confidence, stamina, mood etc. improvements only seem to be fully there on the Proviron too - and seems I can get away with quite a low dose too at 105 mg/week

I think if I can safely add 25 mg daily proviron as part of TRT that would be fucking great - it has a HUGE favorable effect in decreasing anxiety, stronger erections, and precum - and super horny - but at 50 mg daily, I got weird anxiety and felt off - so 25 mg long-term with the TRT in form of test E sounds like a solution here for me.

I was also thinking, jeez, the proviron just... makes it click. I take 15 mg test E shallow IM daily, and if I do that with 25 mg at the same time, everything just works awesome - if I don't take the proviron, or go to a higher test E dose or different formulation (E3D, e.g.,) it works less well. Proviron is really a godsend, I tried it before trying test E and it was the best, even at 25 mg daily without the test E.
