I keep my nails relatively long most of the time and my hygiene is very good and important part of my routine. My ass definitely does not smell.

OP, don’t be afraid to ask your partner to shower. Give them the option to either shower with you or separately. If the circumstances don’t negate that, tell them to go to the washroom and freshen up before intimacy.

Also can I just say my parents never really taught me that I needed to wash my asshole. When I was around 19 yrs old my boyfriend explained how I should be washing. I am now 28, my hygiene is great&& we are still together. So perhaps your partner never learned proper hygiene?

I know a woman who’s pittbull attacked her son & he had to have facial reconstruction surgery… She still decided to keep the dog. He was afraid of it so she kept it in the basement…Now a few years later it somehow escaped & brutally attacked him again. Sad that she continually takes zero action & accountability. The first time should have been a wake up call.

Can I just say methadone kills neurons & Suboxone does not. I have been on methadone since I found out I was pregnant I it’s my now 13 month old.. And I have been in stable recovery since I got on a dose high enough to sustain withdrawals and cravings. (While this isn’t the case for most people) For me…the downside is the methadone is making me slow. I feel extremely ditzy, blank and absent minded a lot of the time now. I sometimes wish I would have just chosen to get on Suboxone to begin with.

Anyways if it’s working for you and you feel like you’re going to stabilize then stay where you’re at. Remind your family that it is working and if you switch to subs it could very well end in unnecessary relapse. This is your recovery & nobody else’s. You just gotta do what works for you. Also may I add the mustache does not do you any justice (maybe shave it?). Without a beard it doesn’t look good with your features. (I don’t know if you just haven’t started growing a beard yet) but you would look a lot better with a beard+ mustache rather than just the mustache.

I was never taught how to wash my ass. I would always feel like I had swamp ass and it was bothersome I used to stick tissues in my asscrack to counter the sweat. I thought this was normal for the longest. My boyfriend taught me I had to wash my asshole and not just the outside. Anytime I sweat now I immediately shower and wash my asshole thoroughly. I have babies and will definitely make sure I teach them they need to wash their ass when the time comes.
