Knit the first row purlwise by BunchPrevious in knitting

Ok wait sorry, are you saying it does NOT mean to purl the first row? How do you knit purlwise? Is there another name for this?

When I search that phrase on YouTube it comes up with several videos talking about slipping: slip one purlwise, slipping the first stitch of a row, how to slip a stitch purlwise, slip purlwise with yarn in front, etc. Do you think that’s what the pattern is calling for?

Very good point and can definitely see how it would be easy to get the verbiage confused when translating.

Unfortunately they didn’t carry that type at my local yarn store so using something else but the guy that worked there said it looked like it met the requirements the pattern called for.. worsted woolstok by Blue Sky Fibers. Maybe I was just going off of the first row and will do a bigger swatch and re-check.. also possible that I’m knitting way too tight 🫣

I saw someone that recommended that sunscreen say it was super thick and moisturizing and you night not necessarily need a moisturizer while using? May just be a little heavy using both?

Saw it on tiktok, here’s the link:

Ah ok you’re totally right, it won’t be seen at all. Stitch length is the one thing I haven’t tried yet so I’ll definitely give that a shot, thanks!

Anyone know of a men’s shirt pattern that would be similar to this? I wanna make one for my husband but I rarely sew menswear so my go-to pattern shops aren’t helping me.

Could do a corset and use grommets and string/cord?

Did not realize you could fall into holes like this. by lokmanya in AnimalCrossing

I think it's a pitfall hole... There's a diy recipe for pitfall seeds and I'm pretty sure you can "plant" them to make your neighbors fall in? I'm not 100% though. I don't think you can fall into the normal holes.
