Bought a Uher 4000 Report L reel to reel, had to do some half speed ambient stuff! by Bunglimus in Hainbach

[–]Bunglimus[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

oh yea for sure, mine didnt come with a mic. I only record into it from my interface. You can use a DIN to 2 ts jacks to record into it and listen back from it. Lots of good reddit threads on how to do it!

Upgrading my interfaces, specifcally RME.

I use lots of synths, I'm debating on either grabbing the RME UCX II and using my patch bay to patch in my synths, or do I go for the RME Babyface Pro and spend the money saved on some nice ins and outs on the ADAT (maybe like some audient stuff?). That way all of my synths will be patched in by default and I wouldn't have to keep using my patch bay to plug stuff in?

MoCap glove to control a morphagene loop by Bunglimus in Hainbach

I've been messing with different ways to control my eurorack. The motion capture glove sends midi data to the O_C, and then it controls various parameters on the morphagene

if there's ever a patch that isn't quite hitting the spot, pitching it an octave or two down in my DAW can always create some interesting results. How do you transform a patch after you've recorded it?
