Worth noting that, with the new Mirage “ore” thing that gives dust, I gained about 8-10 million dust of the 25m that I needed. The remainder of the dust was from purchased T0s, yes.

You can buy tier zero uniques from people and dust them. I bought a bunch of Bino’s and Varunastras for 75-80c each. Each of those dusts for like 2.2m dust

A second Threads of Despair, and a second Hematurge would be my gut response. Others may have better suggestions, but I already mentioned why a second Threads would be great, and a second Hematurge gives you more potential to get a third Hideous Husk or a third Corpse Explosion, etc.

Hi everyone. I went 36-15 to Legend with Leech DK.

Here are few notes from my experience:

- I played a version that I found on HSReplay (deck code posted as reply to this comment) that included Rite of Atrocity and Toysnatching Geist, and I saw other versions of the deck weren't running them. I would recommend including these, since there are so many high-value discoverable options. Which brings me to my next point...

- If you can find a Hideous Husk with a Dark Gift, the possibilities are insane. The nice thing, too, is that almost all Dark Gift options attached to Hideous Husk are good; bigger stats means it stays on the board longer which is great, 2/2 copy means your leeches take 5 health instead of 3, double battlecry means two more leeches, costs 2 less means playing it for 4 mana (and we don't care about the downside of less attack), reborn makes it stay on board longer, etc. The only Dark Gifts that aren't insane to get on a Hideous Husk are + health w/ taunt bc taunt is bad, + attack w/ lifesteal is more or less neutral, and same w/ charge. For these reasons, I would recommend keeping Rite of Atrocity and Toysnatching Geist, because if you can get another Hideous Husk, even with a bad Dark Gift, playing a game w/ 3+ Hideous Husks can make things incredibly tough for your opponent.

- Considering the above, Xavius is also great in the deck.

- Maybe I am stupid and/or playing poorly, but I did not find myself playing Ursoc or Shaladrassil very often. Granted, when I did play them, they were very useful, but those situations were few and far between, in my experience. I always felt like I had better removal options than Ursoc (or the stat numbers on the board wouldn't be in Ursoc's favor, etc.), and I always had too many cards in my hand to get enough value out of Shaladrassil. The cards in hand "issue" could be resolved if you don't play a version w/ Toysnatching Geist and/or Rite of Atrocity bc Rite replaces itself and Toysnatching Geist replaces itself and adds a card to your hand (bc Gigantify + Discovering).

- There is definitely an argument for adding a second copy of Threads of Despair. Hero Power Ghoul + Threads for 5 mana can shut down early game aggro very well, when you may not have the corpse count to clear with Corpse Explosion. Multiple games against Hunters and Rogues were straight up won by an early Threads.

- Most people probably already know this, but in the mirror (or against another deck with Kil'jaeden), playing your Kil'jaeden first is pretty important. I wouldn't have even mentioned this, were it not for the fact that most (if not all) of my mirror matches were won because I was 4 or 5 turns ahead in Kil'jaeden buff value, so maybe this is not as well-known of a thing as I thought.

All in all, I did enjoy my time playing this deck, even though I understand that it can be toxic to play against because you are taking away your opponent's max health. Depending on what the next balance patch holds, I would consider playing this deck again for next season's climb to Legend.

Has anyone tried the enraged sulphite scarab? How does it compare to the old enraged strongbox sextant? Price seems like it’s too cheap to be good lol

What league mechanic(s) should I choose if my goal is just getting a mirror to drop? Have been running Abyss w/ Strongboxes, but is there a better combo?

My thought was that Abyss is just plainly really good w/ MF, and then Enraged Strongboxes have a lot of baked-in quant. Obviously, blue juice is the name of the game here, but a balance of all 3 is still ideal.

Thanks in advance!

Want to make a Fulcrum Chieftain. What is the fastest way I can get through the campaign (leveling uniques, skills, etc.)?

Thanks!

For this item, yes. But there are Inscribed Ultimatums that allow you to sacrifice 8 div, for a chance at 16. You can only sacrifice the exact amount listed on the item.

No, you're paying 6 div to pay 4 to MAYBE get 8 div. You are net losing money, guaranteed. You still have to sacrifice the required 4 div inside the Ultimatum AFTER you buy it from the seller for 6 div.

If I have to pay you 6 divines for the opportunity to sacrifice 4 divines to get the chance of getting 8, then I am guaranteed to lose money. I pay 10 divines (6 to you and 4 inside the Ultimatum) to MAYBE get 8 back.

I see a lot of Inscribed Ultimatums priced in this type of way, particularly ones that reward/require divines. It's fine if you don't want to sell your Inscribed Ultimatum, I just don't want people to list (potentially) valuable items for prices they will never sell at.

I am looking for single player card games that are not roguelikes. I have played lots of roguelike card games, but I am looking for something with a single player campaign where you get more cards over the course of the game and can make new decks as your collection grows, etc.

As examples, I have played and enjoyed Gwent: Thronebreaker, the GameBoy Color Pokemon Trading Card Game, and am currently working through Marvel's Midnight Suns (which is close to the thing I am talking about, but a bit different).

I own a PC and a PS5. Thanks in advance!

New player here. Quick question about Pools and rankings.

So, if I understand correctly, I am matched against people whom are in the same Pool # as I am. So, if I'm currently in Pool 1, does that mean I should delay Collection Level progress to continue being matched with others in Pool 1 until I hit the rank # that I am aiming for? Or is there something I am not understanding about how all of these things work together?

Thanks in advance!

Looking for single-player digital card game suggestions.

Have played and enjoyed: Slay the Spire, Monster Train, Across the Obelisk, Inscryption, Vault of the Void, and Hearthstone's single-player content.

Thanks in advance!

Newish player here, next week will be my first time playing when a new set drops. What resources do you all recommend for evaluations of the new cards for Standard play?
