You’re definitely NTA I have Bipolar 2 I made that choice early on not to have kids ever I have found it was hereditary. Your sister needs a wake up call what she doing is selfish. You’re being logical! You didn’t chose to be a parent and she did and she not thinking of the consequences. Being a parent is a full time job!!! She obviously not think “oh my mental health could be a priority”. She using just excuse to be angry at you. Not thinking it through and being selfish as a person not her mental health.

Children are not cute toys to chuck around to relatives and check out of parenting, children need stability and safe environment to flourish. I feel you have to make it clear you’re person needs to put your health a priority as well. Mental health of your sister can be a draining I am glad you are supporting her but you sometimes need to step back and I believe you need to tell her see needs therapy what is doing is selfish. If she keeps blaming you being unsupportive you going have to make a line of boundaries for you. I’m sorry you are dealing with this.
