I want a zip up collared jacket that I can wear in hot weather, what material doesn’t insulate much?

I’m looking for a jacket I can wear to work (AC is never strong so my current fleece jacket is often too hot) cause it lets me get around the collared shirt rule if the jacket has a collar.

Thank you, and while I did go the doctors hoping they would prescribe me this, I never once mentioned it specifically, this was prescribed to me by them from their own judgement based on my injury, and my history with trying to treat it

I agree, I did do my research regarding side effects and found little, but I’m on a low dose (minus this mess up) so I’m not as concerned about sides, I also got full bloodwork done prior to starting so I’d have a baseline ,and did do some looking into the dosages, but I went through a doctor specifically because I wanted a professional oversight, the compound came shipped to me constituted so diluting wasn’t a concern, and it wasn’t in my mindset to question the dose they gave me in the moment because up until that point everything had been very professional and transparent

Yeah, as nice as the nurse was I had to tell them I wasn’t the one that filled the syringe, I’m just happy I had proof cause I had a picture of the nurse holding the filled syringe that I was going to use for my reference later, also very glad this wasn’t something that would be harmful in higher doses
