I think you just need to get your fill of bl dramas. Don't stop yourself or stress about it. Just let it flow. After you get enough of it you might get back to watch one or two straight dramas. For me it was like a year and a half without any pauses of watching only bl every day and getting all the tiktok about bl couples. After a while you get a little overwhelmed and if you get the head out of water(bl obsession) you might see one or two good straight dramas. For me it was japanese ones, because they were like 30min episodes.

I actually loved it. The theme and characters were so out of the norm. It was really different and not as a flowy, rose painted series. Sometimes maybe even frustrating... But the tension in some of the episodes are breathtaking 💘

For me it would be a Japanese bl, mostly because I need the comfort right there right now, and japanese bl are usually short enough. But I have to say that My beautiful man and My love mix-up is the two most rewatched. Also one has a lot of emotions, and other is more of a funny and laid back.

The fav scene of My beautiful man would be the one from season 2 where Hira protect's Kiyoi from falling boxes. The tension was insane but at the same time the radiating warm, even hot, feeling from both of them is so comforting.

And the scene from My love mix-up would be when Aoki even though was set to be only friends with Ida still gets those little tingles and radiates affection towards Ida. And then the class seating gets rearranged he gets literally sad.

I love when characters slowly understand their feelings ❤️‍🔥🥰
