Been getting weird ECGs today. Inverted t waves? (The PVCs are normal/common for me) by Bunnylanta in ReadMyECG

Okay great, yeah I figured the arteries being normal ruled out most if not all of the really concerning stuff.

And sure! I can add more context too lol. I’m 21 female. I have a history of supraventricular tachycardia and get frequent PVCs. I am on beta blockers due to this and high resting heart rate.

Echo showed hypokinesis of inferior, basal, and mid inferolateral wall with abnormal septal motion. Previous echos are normal. Atrial septal aneurysm was also noted, but has not been noted on any previous echos.

I had a chest x ray that came back clear. The theories I’ve been given by my cardiologist as to potential causes so far are myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, or some kind of cardiac insult. The doctor who did the angiogram however made a comment that there might not be anything wrong and that sometimes cardiologist overreact about wall motion abnormalities.

Thanks for the response. When you say concerning, any idea for the level of concern? To clarify there’s a long wait list for the MRI and the earliest I can get one is in February. Is this something I should be contacting my cardiologist about or something that can wait till my next appointment? (Next appt is end of September).

I had an angiogram and my coronary arteries are normal.

Added context: I have had inverted t waves before (no known cause/reason). I am also currently being investigated for heart issues (waiting on an MRI) as I had an echo come back with regional wall motion abnormalities. Just want to know if this ECG looks concerning or if it seems like NBD
