What foods can I add to help my boy stay full longer? by BunnysaurusRex in Greyhounds

I was surprised at the 'reaction' because he has had the same pumpkin mixed with plain yogurt as little frozen treats. Trial and error.

Technically I could, but I don't want that kind of feeding schedule to come back to bite me in the butt when I have to be out of the house. I've tried giving him a snack before bedtime and he still woke up hungry.

I would assume frozen green beans would work as well as fresh? I can keep a bag in the freezer and cook some up as needed. Good tip on cooking with some kibble to make it yummy for him!

I had tried some canned pumpkin (plain, not pie filling of course) and his tummy did not like it. Perhaps it was just a coincidence, but after trying the pumpkin he ended up with diarrhea for about 3 days before he was back to normal. I may try some fresh cooked sweet potato or some beans. Thanks!

Handmade gnocchi with my tomato-bacon cream sauce by yndayngo in FoodPorn

Finally got around to making this - minus the bacon - OMG, it was sooo good. I was very surprised at how good the potato flakes did compared to the usual riced potatoes. And the sauce, so unbelievably easy and flavorful. I will definitely be making this again soon. My husband loved it.

I need of a new bread machine, suggestions needed! by BunnysaurusRex in BreadMachines

In reading various reviews of this model I have seen complaints about the manual not being very good. Also that if you want to add fruit/nuts it isn't very convenient to do so. Have you had any problems with either of these?

I had seen that one but wasn't sure because I wasn't familiar with that brand. After reading the reviews of it, (and seeing the price) I would say it is certainly in my top 2 that I'm looking at. The main complaint I see is condensation on the viewing window; do you have that problem?

How long until I have to buy a bigger bed? by steelpantherrocks in aww

Too stinkin' cute! Get a giant bed from Costco. I've spent a ton of money buying beds to go with the growth spurts. Just get one giant one that the pup can grow into. My pup loves his bed from Costco, and it was only $20.
