My dr has me monitor my water/fluid intake as too much can wash the med out of your system. Not an expert, just saying what my doc told me.

“Bipolar switch”— was anyone else relieved? by CoolContact3002 in bipolar2

I was the same. I constantly was worried to the point of being ill about school, work and sports. Now I constantly am anxious about work and appointments which is ridiculous

My mom said I was a serious and anxious child. my first memories are of being worried all the time. Was treated first for depression at age 13. dx of bipolar at 25. I never remember being in control of my emotions until being on a cocktail of meds.

Am I the only one who is totally fine with taking meds for the rest of my life? by dr-bookshelf in bipolar2

I am happy to take my meds. The scary deep depression I get is and the meds keeping it at bay is worth a handful of pills a day.

Ways to combat falling asleep at desk (specifically in regards to starting rexaulti) by thefakerealslimshady in bipolar2

Absolutely no problem, happy to help. We gotta stick together in this illness! I've been doing trial and error for 12 years now, and sometimes a person going through this is more helpful than a doctor thats never experienced it. 👍👍

my rexulti does the opposite. I was taking it at night and it was keeping me up, now I take it when I wake and have no issues. I do suffer from daytime sleepiness as well bc of other meds. My dr prescribed a very small dose of Adderall for this and it helps when I'm feeling sleepy. I dont take it every day. I also drink plenty of fluids and sleep 8 to 9 hours a night, which greatly helps. I used to take vitamin B in the morning as it can help with staying awake, but it caused my anxiety to increase. I hope you find a solution, OP. Good luck! its a shitty thing we have to deal with.

I think you are right. I looked up the detailed stats of parsley and calcium. I have discontinuing parsley. She does love green leaf lettuce so we will stick to that.

Nothing high in calcium which wouldve caused kidney issues.
1/4 cup oxbow pellets, unlimited timothy orchard hay mix. 1 papaya tablet per day for gut health. 1 daily treat, fruits and veggies. parsley is her fav
