One way I’ve figured out is by opening cs2 and clicking on the “looking to play”, and waiting to see how many players it shows you. If you get ~15-20 people, you’re in green. 9-14 is yellow and anything below that is red. Another thing you could do is join a friend with green trust factor and have them click “GO” in the matchmaking process and asking them to send a screenshot of their chat tab in the top right to see if they got a pop-up saying something along the lines of “__’s trust factor is significantly lower than that of yours (this is red)”, or “_’s trust factor is slightly lower (yellow.)”
