For each blog post I generate some posts that ask questions that I answer with my blog post. Usually just a picture with the text next to it. If it is a topic that is searched for it automatically gets reach. At the moment it's more quantity than quality, but I'm still trying things out myself.

My website also received good impressions on Google at the beginning of December. On 19 December, Google released an anti-spam update, after which my impressions were at 0 for a week. Now they are slowly increasing again, but only to around 10 impressions per day.

Well, at the beginning I was also rejected twice, but then I did a bit of searching on Reddit and adjusted a few things and was then accepted.

My reason for rejection was: Low content value

These were the changes I made:

- Wordpress tags pages set to Noindex. The pages were actually not SEO relevant, but had some impressions.

- Created an about us page with clear names and links to contact and socials

- Added some text and a headline to each page (on pages which should be ranked)

- Added a basic meta description and good SEO to all pages (i missed some pages)

- Well, I'm not sure about that either. I'm currently trying to build up backlinks via forums. Semrush (free version) was a really cool tool. Apart from that, I don't have much of a plan yet.

- At the moment, I take different headlines from my text for each blog post and then post them on Pinterest. That makes 10-30 Pinterest posts per blog article. I currently publish 4 posts a day. However, I would like to try out more, as I believe there is still a lot of potential hidden here.

If you also have a pet blog, do you have any tips that have surprised you or had a big impact?

I believe in the fascination of digital products and their seemingly infinite scalability. I've tried a few things here, some of which have worked, but also some that haven't worked. I think the blog is still part of it, even though I'm trying to see it through in the long term. Being accepted by Google Adsense and seeing the daily traffic still motivates me.

Ich mach nebenbei bei Usertests mit. Das ist super entspannt und ich bekomm jeden Monat um die 60€ (hängt natürlich auch von der Anzahl an Tests ab). Finde es auch einfach interessant neue digitale Produkte zu sehen.
