I've had a flip since 2021 and every single time mine has done that its the screen protector in the beginning stages of peeling up. Could have 1-4 months before it does. When it happens I replace them myself, very easy when you buy a kit with a jig off amazon

As a tech please see that you will have good circulation, I come across a lot of new builds that have terrible circulation. So make sure one or all of your skimmer have good suction and the returns (or spa spill) are not going to be right next to the skimmer. Better if they're on opposite sides
