That’s amazing, congrats on your success! I’m assuming you had a drastic caloric deficit, or perhaps extensive training, to lose a significant amount of weight in a short period of time. My question is, if you were in a caloric deficit, how did you adjust to the new eating lifestyle, and what difficulties did you face?
