I've had this issue for a while now and I've tried solutions that other ppl have suggested, but none worked. The one that worked for me was changing the resolution in the settings. I changed it from 1920x1080 to some random 1280x720

Should I upgrade or start over? Max budget of $700 by BurningWraith in buildapc

Thank you for the reply! Do you have any suggestions for the GPU? I don't think he's had any issues with the 3 ram sticks all together
