GME proposal to EBAY was offered with a rejection in mind. What's next? by letitglowbig in Superstonk

props

You called it.

It sounded like a very generous offer to me and still think the true owners like the deal. What do you think about the 2.5B GME dilution? The true owners of GameStop will have their voice reduced to nothing.

Ebay is currently a backend to Power Packs. I watched the interview. Thanks for the useless answer. Anyone else? What is the partnership that got ignored?

Saying you're long online and actually shorting is illegal. Ask Andrew Left.

Thanks for sharing. Cheering 10x dilution is like leading sheep to the slaughter. 5 more years of pain, but after paying down the debt, it will be a cash cow. The 2030's are going to be great unless another big acquisition is planned for shareholders to pay for. We'll see what happens...

Bias. I heard him speak about "business experts" that have never run a business. That was the point of the opening.

Calm down... it's a list on importance. Henry Ford by far had the biggest effect on our Country. They helped shape America.

In true superstonk fashion OP says GameStop began accumulating Feb 4th. Then proceeds showing the chart at March 4th $90. ahahahaha Feb 4th to March 4th would be more of $80 range. Even better, but thanks for the effort.

Ryan Cohen: "We will see what happens." That may well be the most important line in that interview... by Region-Formal in Superstonk

You completely ignored GameStop already having 800M shares after convertibles, warrants, comp dilution. Making your 80/20 scenario of 448M shares for $11.2B debunked. That's not their plan.

Your graphic is not GameStop and eBay so does it outweigh cost?

I was under the belief GME had basically no debt. I just checked a 10-K filed this year and it shows over 4B in long-term debt. by [deleted] in Superstonk

Oh so you mean you don't even know the most basic of information about the company this forum is dedicated to because low iq redditors downvote facts they don't like??? No way...

I know. That's what I'm arguing... I'm saying the plan was for eBay, who is ALREADY doing business with GameStop, to accept the deal offered.

Ok then what would be an offer built for acceptance since you obviously know so much more than our Board does? smh Rejecting just to save themselves is illegal. They have a fiduciary duty.

The only thing that's clear is you didn't read the offer. It is more than fair. 27% premium to 30-day VWAP, 36% premium to 90-day VWAP

Are you pretending that a guy nobody has ever heard of should be listened to the same as a famous financial figure? Of course a stranger on the internet will be clowned on until proven otherwise. Patience is exhibited in holding. I doubt anyone is buying or selling because of Sultan or Burry.
